Company profile
Founded in 2008 under Nurol Holding, Nurol Teknoloji is Türkiye’s leading manufacturer of advanced ballistic ceramics and hybrid armor systems. Operating two integrated production plants in Ankara, the company designs and produces Alumina, Silicon Carbide, Boron Carbide, and Tungsten Carbide ceramics, along with comprehensive ballistic protection solutions for land, air, and naval platforms.
In 2023, Nurol Teknoloji expanded its global capabilities with the acquisition of Industrie Keramik Hochrhein (IKH) in Germany, a recognized producer of advanced ceramic powders. Further strengthening its global footprint, its U.S. branches NT Armor and NT Cera enhance the company’s international presence and supply chain integration.
Recognized by the Turkish Ministry of Industry and Technology as an official R&D Center, Nurol Teknoloji unites in-house material development, high-temperature sintering, precision machining, and accredited ballistic testing under one roof. As the only producer of Boron Carbide ceramics in Türkiye, the company stands among a select group of manufacturers worldwide capable of producing this critical material.
Guided by its mission to safeguard lives, Nurol Teknoloji delivers reliable, innovative, and lightweight protection solutions trusted by security forces across the globe.
