Sembach develops and manufactures technical ceramic components for a wide range of industrial applications. These range from the automotive industry to medical technology.
The company’s services include development support, prototype production and series production of ceramic components. Sembach assists customers in integrating ceramic solutions into existing design and production processes, as well as ensuring cost-effective and reliable implementation.
As a family-owned company, Sembach combines more than 120 years of experience with a high degree of vertical integration and technical specialisation. Around 200 employees produce approximately 400 million components annually, making Sembach a specialised manufacturing company in the field of high-performance ceramics.
A key component of the manufacturing process is the high level of in-house value creation: tools are produced in our own tool shop, and the machinery is largely based on in-house developments and custom-made equipment from Sembach. This enables flexible production – from various forming processes right through to finishing.
