Sembach manufactures technical ceramic components for a broad range of industrial applications, from the automotive industry to medical technology.
The company supports its customers throughout the entire process – from development and prototyping to series production. Drawing on its extensive expertise in technical ceramics, Sembach helps integrate ceramic solutions into existing product designs and manufacturing processes, with a strong focus on reliable, efficient and cost-effective implementation.
As a family-owned company, Sembach combines more than 120 years of experience with a high degree of vertical integration and technical specialisation. Around 200 employees produce approximately 400 million components annually, making Sembach a specialised manufacturing company in the field of high-performance ceramics.
A key component of the manufacturing process is the high level of in-house value creation: tools are produced in our own tool shop, and the machinery is largely based on in-house developments and custom-made equipment from Sembach. This enables flexible production – from various forming processes right through to finishing.
