Sinto Advanced Ceramics is a specialized contract manufacturer of additively manufactured technical ceramic components. We produce customer-specific parts based on provided CAD data and support our customers with manufacturing-oriented design and engineering guidance.
Until December 2025, the company operated as Bosch Advanced Ceramics as part of Bosch Business Innovations GmbH. Since January 2026, we have been operating as Sinto Advanced Ceramics Europe GmbH, a member of the Sintokogio Group. Our customers continue to benefit from many years of industrial experience, robust manufacturing processes, and deep expertise in the additive manufacturing of technical ceramics.
At our production site in Immenstadt, Germany, we utilize industrial 3D printing technologies such as Stereolithography (SLA) and Lithography-based Ceramic Manufacturing (LCM). These processes enable the production of components with demanding requirements in terms of material properties, dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and reproducibility – from prototypes to qualified series production.
Our focus is on the manufacturing-ready realization of complex ceramic components. We advise our customers on design and geometry optimization to fully leverage the process- and material-specific advantages of additively manufactured technical ceramics, including complex geometries, functional integration, and performance under high thermal, chemical, or mechanical loads.
