XJet 3D Expands North American Presence through Partnership with Complete AM
XJet 3D/IL, a pioneering metal and ceramic direct material jetting solution provider, in January 2026 announced its partnership with Complete AM, an additive manufacturing service and knowledge hub based in Schaumburg, Illinois/US. Through this collaboration, Complete AM will deploy XJet’s Carmel 1400M metal additive manufacturing system and serve as XJet’s full-service channel partner for both ceramic and metal solutions for North America.
Co-founded by industry veterans Rory Jackson and Charlie Christensen Phillips, Complete AM brings over 50 years of combined industry experience to the partnership, supported by a team of seasoned mechanical and electronic engineers with deep machine manufacturing expertise. The company specializes in future-proofing equipment and building robust production workflows, delivering comprehensive end-to-end service from machine and component sales, project consultation to material development.
While Complete AM’s hands-on expertise spans a broad range of technologies including FDM, SLA, DLP, LCD, Binder Jetting, LPBF, and SLS, the addition of XJet’s NanoParticle Jetting™ (NPJ) solution represents the company’s first direct material jetting system in-house. This strategic adoption completes their technology portfolio, enabling Complete AM to provide North American manufacturers with unprecedented access to high-precision, complex geometries in technical ceramics and metals with superior flexibility and repeatability for high-value components.
The partnership positions XJet to significantly strengthen its market presence in North America while ensuring customers receive high-level support throughout the entire equipment lifecycle. Complete AM’s dual role as both service bureau and reseller creates a unique value proposition, combining hands-on production experience with comprehensive sales and technical support capabilities.
