Ready to Make Mass Production Possible with a 3D-Printer

As pointed out by Richard Gaignon, CEO, “our expertise in ceramic printers, developed over the last past 10 years, ends in our capability to develop new printers which could meet more specifically the market needs we have identified and confirmed by the late study of Smartech. We get more and more requests for mass production coming out lately, requests originating from industrial sector. Our answer is the C3600. The first C3600 is sold to an already 3D-experienced German enterprise, who is willing to go the step – from lab to fab! This will be exhibited at formnext in Frankfurt this year.”
Following the path of this new strategy to offer global solutions for mass production, 3DCERAM Sinto also developed and launched the C100, intended laboratories and research center. The C100 has a small building platform 100 mm x 100 mm and works with the same break through technology, the stereolithography, applying layer by layer the ceramic paste to build up parts. The whole range of printers, C100, C900 and C3600, offers the same interface and the parameters are identical, this allows an optimal interaction between user and printer.
This strategy enables customers to acquire the 3D-printing codes by standardizing them across the range. A way to make it easier for industries to think Additive Manufacturing as a new and reliable technology for mass production and make the leap.
