OXIDKERAMIK J. Cardenas GmbH manufactures components from technical ceramics. The company was founded 50 years ago and is a family business that has a lot of expertise in the manufacturing of ceramics.
Ceramic materials:
The ceramic materials produced are a very pure alumina ceramic OK997, direct sintered silicon carbide CARSIC310 and two different types of zirconia qualities, CR105 and CR101. The high-precision ceramic components are used because of their unique mechanical, electrical and thermal properties in many different application areas. Due to the advantages, such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, electrical and thermal insulation it leads constantly to new applications areas.
Ceramic applications:
OXIDKERAMIK J. Cardenas GmbH manufactures pump components for the chemical industry, precision components for the pharmaceutical and food industries, especially where the high corrosion resistance and excellent wear resistance is required. In addition, OXIDKERAMIK J. Cardenas GmbH provides insulating components for electrical applications and special design components for mechanical engineering.
Ceramic production:
OXIDKERAMIK J. Cardenas GmbH produces based on customer specifications and in accordance with their technical requirements. We support our clients in questions of the material, the application and the design. A very high quality is standard; the company is certified according to DIN ISO 9001: 2008. With the help of a very modern pool of machinery and equipment, especially for hard machining and finishing of ceramic components, OXIDKERAMIK J. Cardenas has specialized in complex shapes with very narrow tolerances and a high surface quality.
