ceramitec 2015: International Participation Higher than ever Before

Exhibitors from European and non-European countries have booked some 27 % more space. Korea will take part for the first time in ceramitec’s 35 year local history. Some 50 exhibitors, who had never been present at any previous edition of ceramitec, could be persuaded to participate in the event. ceramitec will take place from 20 to 23 October 2015 on the exhibition grounds of Messe München. Optimism has returned to the ceramics industry. This trend is clearly indicated by the growth of the exhibition space of ceram itec 2015. The international growth is also noticeable compared to the 2012 registration period. In 2015, almost 60 % of the exhibitors will come from abroad. In 2015, the largest allotment of spaces is once again occupied by Italy. Compared with the previous edition, it has increased its space by nearly 40 % to some 2700 m2. On a space of some 700 m2, China is even represented with two joint booths. As in previous years, France is also represented at a joint booth, which is organized by the Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Limoges et de la HauteVienne. The booth space has almost been doubled and covers nearly 400 m2. Korea is represented for the first time in ceramitec’s 35 year local history and is equally represented with a joint booth. The fact that some 50 exhibitors, who had never been present at any previous edition of ceramitec, could be persuaded to participate in this year’s event is particularly gratifying.
