Technical Ceramics, the most complex field of ceramics, is the focus – both with regard to the process technologies involved and the materials (e.g. oxides, carbides, nitrides, material composites) used. As a result of applied research and field-oriented development work, ever improved material properties, but also material and system solutions are obtained. In general, technical ceramic components can be the material solution of choice in process engineering when resistance to abrasion and corrosion and high-temperature properties are required. The user-segment engineering and equipment supply will be especially in the focus at ceramitec.
A wider range of user industries is in the focus at Hannover Messe – ceramics in electronic, automotive, aerospace/defense, medical, energy, industrial and many other industry applications.
